Our team of ASE-certified master auto mechanics maintains our vehicles at factory specifications. Vehicle maintenance schedules are fully computerized. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking system; Arrow Limousine can now monitor a chauffeur while on the road at all times.
Arrow Limousine was one of the first in the industry to utilize DriveCam technology; this event recorder has been used since 1999 to improve chauffeur performance and safety. The two way lens records ten seconds prior to the incident and ten seconds after the camera is activated. We can monitor seat belt use, distracted driving, fatigue and actually caution drivers for being too talkative.
All chauffeurs are our employees (there are no owner-operators). This allows Arrow to keep full control of our top quality service. Arrow maintains a strict criterion for all chauffeurs. We require each prospective chauffeur take a defensive driving exam and road test. Pre-employment MVR(motor vehicle report) checks must show zero active points. Chauffeur MVRs are monitored bi-annually for any points that may accumulate.
